Marsh Landing is a large, gated community in primarily Ponte Vedra/St Johns county, with a small percentage of it's parcels lying in Duval county. New construction homes in Marsh Landing were built as recently as 2015. The first wave of Marsh Landing real estate was developed and built in the 1980s.

There are a few home sites still available within Marsh Landing for those interested in a custom build. Most new home sites are prestigioud Found Forrest. Random lots are offered for sale periodically in other areas.
